Kagoshima Studio has a vast studio that can shoot three costumes, so on- location shooting is not possible.
If you would like on-location photography, please consider Miyazaki Studio as well.

<About the groom’s hair style>
We can only apply wax to dry hair.
We are unable to set your hair after wetting it in the studio and drying it, or using acurling iron, etc. In that case, please set your hair yourself before coming to the store.
<About the groom’s makeup>
Not compatible.
If you wish, please either “come to the store with your own makeup done” or “apply your own makeup while the bride is getting ready.”
Please refrain from applying foundation to your neck as this may cause stains to adhere to the collar of your dress shirt or kimono.
<About bringing hair and makeup staff>
In order to stabilize the quality, we do not accept hair and make-up customers.
Yes. It is possible. We do not charge a bringing fee. (There is no discount for bringing your own items.)
Please prepare your own panniers to match your dress.

Yes, of course. We take commemorative photos of your family free of charge.
(We will take approximately 2-3 shots for each costume, but please note that these will be included in the standard delivery data.)
In order for you to fully enjoy the photo shoot that is uniquely yours, we are limiting the number of visitors to 4 people. If you require more than that, please contact eggfilm in advance.
Additionally, the entire studio is used as a photography space and there is no waiting area, so we ask visitors to wait in their cars if possible.
If you have children, we ask that you bring someone with you to watch them while you are applying your makeup or taking pictures.
Reason: There are many expensive items in the studio, so this is to prevent danger and to ensure that the shooting process goes smoothly within the limited time.
If it is difficult for you to accompany us, we can increase the number of eggfilm staff to accommodate you. (11,000 yen to 19,250 yen including tax)
To ensure a smooth fitting experience, if possible, we ask that you leave your child with someone else and come to the store as just the two of you.
(This is because there is a time limit for trying on clothes, so if you have children, the number of points you can try on will inevitably decrease.)
In addition, if it is difficult to leave the item, we can increase the number of eggfilm staff on the same day as the shooting day. (5,500 yen to 13,750 yen including tax)

Please note that data selection and album design will be handled by our company.
After the shoot, we kindly request payment to be made via bank transfer within one week.
We do not accept cash, credit card, electronic money, or installment payments.
Since the service content and contact point are different from Kagoshima Studio, you will need to receive ”Miyazaki Studio Telephone Counseling”.
If you tell us that you received telephone counseling from Kagoshima Studio, the telephone counseling will be over in about 10 minutes.
